STUDIO MO2 is a collaboration of talented and experienced urban designers and architects joined around a common goal to add value through good design. We do this by developing compelling lifestyle visions, preparing designs that improve the quality of life through place-making, and delivering successful projects that people can live work and enjoy themselves in.
We are about more than just buildings or the public realm; our goal is to create holistic built environments that become places where the theatre of life can play out.
Our approach is inside-out and outside-in; we understand both the buildings as well as the public spaces that they occupy and define, and we aim to create value by ensuring that these elements work together to provide a platform for appropriate uses to take place.
OUR TEAM combines a unique and diverse set of skills and abilities, experience of complex mixed use developments, and the familiarity of having worked together for over a decade. We play off of each others strengths in order to create the best and highest value designs for our clients.
We are trained as architects, however as urbanists we are as interested in the buildings we design as in the spaces that we shape in and around them. We look to blur the boundaries between the inside and outside and between use demarcations. We aim to create a mosaic of uses, spaces and zones in order to foster synergy through the design of flexible and adaptable built environments.
Our mindset is collaborative - we believe the best solutions are achieved through open and frank exchange of ideas. We are team players; as masterplanners we tend to lead but, when the situation needs, we roll up our sleeves and pitch in to help achieve common project goals.
